Development starts on the 3rd year and will be completed on the 5th year.
All titles will be ready for release on the 5th year upon completion of the development. Cash buyers will be given a Certificate of Full Payment as evidence of their full payment. A 10% will be deducted from the Total Amount as a Rentention to be paid on the 5th year upon release and issuance of title.

Yes A full refund will be given to the buyer except for the commission paid and any surcharges and penalties.
Payments are only paid directly through SMDS through Remittance, Zelle? Credit card?
SMDS has weekly trips to the Property. You, A family member, or your authorized representative can schedule a trip to inspect the property.
